This is a scene on my novel Zrachron Sphere. A flashback actually. Rivar was 23 years old and Rue was 4 -^^-. They are on Welzheim castle balcony.

Rue: “ Papa, I want to be as strong as you, so I can be a hero someday.”
Rivar: “Well, do you know what a hero is?”
Rue: “A… person who beat bad guys and fights for justice?”
Rivar: “Well listen, my boy. Being tough doesn’t turn you into a hero. And, you don’t have to wait long to become one.”
Rue: “Really?”
Rivar: “A hero is not always being a tough guy who fights for justice. A hero is a person who can change the world to be a better world.”
Rue: “Then how can I do that? It’s too hard @__@;”
Rivar: “It’s not that hard if you think about it. You can do it in many ways. Let’s see a little world we have here. Many people live in this city but they do not always get what they want. They never will unless they help each other. That way, they can change their world into a better world.”
Rue: “So… everyone is hero *v*.”
Rivar: “Yeah, you can say that.”
Rue: “I will become a hero who turns everyone into a hero then! Just like you, papa!”
Rivar: “Hha… that’s my boy.”
